In a pressure cooker, saute 300g of mutton (on the bone) with 1tbsp. of oil, 50g of yogurt (curd) and the entire contents of this pack for 1.5 to 2 minutes.Add 250ml of water. Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles. Lower the flame & allow to cook for another 10-12 minutes.Puneri Chicken Recipe:
In a cooking pan, saute 300g of chicken with 1 tbsp. of oil, 50g of curd and the entire contents of this pack for 2 minutes. Add 250ml of water. Cook until the chicken is cooked and the curry becomes thick.
